Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.

 

*Please take into consideration that the employees of DragUp Coffee are also employees of the oilfield. We do have a Admin in the office who is reachable by email, but we thought it was our duty to inform the awesome customers that we are still working hands, our go bags are still packed!!

*Due to COVID-19 and the high volume of orders, we're experiencing some delays getting products quickly on their way. We are currently having a 3-5 business day delay on apparel and gear that are made to order. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.
